Blog Post #8: Opipiniate Analysis
The sports documentary "The Short Game" is a film based on young children performing at a high level of gold. I think this documentary displays how young children can compete at a high level of competition and still remain kids. I think that the producer shows this well by how he shows clips of the kids outside of the tournament, how they are running around on the courses and just being kids. Also, he shows clips when the children are out to dinner and you can see that the children joking around and playing with there food, they are being children. But in a sense I do not agree with the produce because the children are losing their childhood over golf. Their whole life is centered around golf and they do not get exposed to a normal childhood like normal seven and eight year olds. On the other hand the children in the movie are learning great life lessons they have better life skills than the normal young kids. Ultimately I agree with the producer and his works, of how he displays children playing at such a high level and still remain children.
